With this update, it’s easy to be in the know without actually being there.
- Smart sharing recommendations – Meeting owners can select from people who were mentioned as well as frequent collaborators, and quickly share the Meeting Report.
- Sync your contacts – Want to share outside your organization? Easily add contacts from Google and Microsoft within the report share feature, or in your account settings.
- Create groups – Read AI users can create groups to easily send reports to specific teams. Just search for that group the next time you share.
- See your colleagues with profile icons – Meeting attendees, frequent contributors, and team members mentioned within the meeting will be displayed at the top of the report for quick sharing. Update your avatar here!
Sharing is great, but smart permissions matter too. That’s why in every case, meeting owners manage the data and decide who can share. Don’t want the contents of your meeting distributed? Lock down the meeting by giving others ‘view-only’ access. You can also modify access at a later time.
