Read AI Launches Direct Integration into Salesforce

Last month, Read AI announced the launch of our integration with HubSpot, and today we're continuing the momentum in the CRM space by announcing that Read AI now supports 1-click connections to Salesforce!

As the leading name in CRM software, Salesforce enjoys wide adoption across virtually every industry. Read AI users can now start syncing their Meeting Reports directly to their corresponding records within their Salesforce instance (automatically or manually).

After a meeting measured by Read AI, this integration will automatically connect any Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities within Salesforce that are related to the external participants who attended the call. Read will automatically sync Meeting Report summaries, action items, key questions, and other meeting data directly to those records, giving you a bird's eye view of meeting content and progress, all without leaving Salesforce.  

Gone are the days of spending hours updating opportunities, now with Read AI, your Opportunities are more up-to-date and comprehensive than anything you could write yourself.  This is all done with a single integration, and works in the background, automatically.  Don't want to automatically sync your Meeting Reports into Salesforce? Turn off Automatic Syncing in your Integration Settings and individually push Meeting Reports  to Salesforce.

If you want to make sure your historical Meeting Reports are synced to Salesforce, no problem! You can backfill Meeting Report data into Salesforce with one click using the 'Sync past meetings' button in your Salesforce Integration Settings.

As an individual seller, gone are the days of blocking out your calendar to update contacts and opportunities, instead Read automatically makes those updates to you and your team.  Sales Managers, no longer do you need to chase down sellers to update their opportunities in Salesforce, giving you time to focus on sales strategy with the most complete and timely insights from SFDC.
